How CertDrop handles order problems.
Delivery issues
If an order is paid but certificate delivery fails, contact support with the order email and UDID so we can review and fix it.
Invalid UDID
Certificate files must match the correct device UDID. If the submitted UDID is wrong, support will explain the available options.
Replacement window
If a certificate is revoked early within the stated replacement window, contact support for review.

Most delivery and install issues can be resolved through support or install help.
