CertDrop provides iPhone and iPad signing certificate packages for compatible IPA signing workflows. Each order is prepared for the submitted device UDID and includes the files needed by compatible signing apps such as ESign and Feather.

What is included in a CertDrop order?

How CertDrop works

  1. Get the device UDID. Use CertDrop Get UDID directly on the iPhone or iPad, or show a QR code on a computer and scan it with the device.
  2. Order for that device. Enter the email address and UDID, then pay $8 by an available card or supported crypto option.
  3. Receive the files. After payment confirmation and order checks, CertDrop prepares the device-matched package and sends the delivery link by email.
  4. Import and sign. Use the .p12, password, and matching mobileprovision with a compatible signing workflow.
Device binding matters: the provisioning profile is prepared for the submitted UDID. A certificate package prepared for one iPhone or iPad does not automatically transfer to a different device.

Built for legitimate use

CertDrop is intended for personal testing, developer workflows, device setup, and compatible apps that you have the right to install. It is not an app store, app host, piracy service, or a way to obtain paid apps without permission.

Customers are responsible for the apps they choose to sign or install. CertDrop supplies certificate-related files and support for the certificate delivery process.

Plain-English boundary: CertDrop helps with certificate delivery and setup. It does not sell apps, modify apps, host app downloads, or promise that any third-party app will work forever.

A device-matched iOS signing certificate package costs $8 total. It is not a subscription.

How long is the certificate valid?

CertDrop issues the certificate with 360-day validity. Apple certificate behavior can change independently of CertDrop.

Can I use the files with ESign or Feather?

Yes. The delivered .p12 and matching mobileprovision files are intended for compatible signing workflows including ESign and Feather.

Do I need a Mac or PC?

No. The Get UDID flow can be completed directly on an iPhone or iPad. If you start on a computer, CertDrop displays a QR code that opens the device flow on the iPhone or iPad while the computer waits for the captured UDID.

Can I use the same certificate on a new iPhone?

No. The provisioning profile is prepared for the submitted device UDID. A different iPhone or iPad requires a certificate package prepared for that device.
