Terms of Service

Terms for using CertDrop certificate delivery and support.

Last updated August 14, 2026. These terms explain what CertDrop provides, what customers are responsible for, and how payments, delivery, support, refunds, and acceptable use work.

Digital delivery

CertDrop provides certificate-related files, setup links, and support for compatible iPhone signing workflows.

Accurate details matter

Your email address, device UDID, and order information must be accurate because files are prepared around submitted details.

Use must be permitted

You may only use CertDrop with apps you own, develop, test, or have permission to install.

1. What CertDrop provides

CertDrop provides certificate file delivery, mobileprovision profile delivery, certificate password delivery, install/download links, and support related to the certificate delivery process.

CertDrop is not an unrestricted third-party repository. Its private install-page library separates verified official open-source releases from server-allowlisted third-party sources. Third-party entries are not created, owned, verified, or endorsed by CertDrop. When requested, an IPA may be retrieved temporarily, signed for the customer’s device, and made available through a temporary private install link. Arbitrary customer-supplied source URLs are not accepted.

2. Customer responsibilities

3. Payments and delivery

Payment options may include card checkout and supported crypto checkout depending on provider availability. Certificate generation starts after payment confirmation and order checks are complete.

Delivery times can vary based on payment confirmation, provider availability, device information, and certificate processing. If delivery is delayed, contact support with your order email and payment method.

4. Refunds and warranty support

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Delivered digital certificate files are generally not refundable unless there is a CertDrop delivery issue, duplicate payment, or another case covered by the refund policy.

CertDrop includes 30-day warranty support for certificate delivery issues. Warranty support may include troubleshooting, re-sending files, or replacement when possible.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of CertDrop must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. CertDrop may refuse, cancel, or decline support for orders connected to abuse, fake details, payment abuse, unauthorized app use, malware, phishing, or misleading claims.

6. Third-party services and tools

CertDrop may rely on third-party payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and customer support tools. Third-party signing apps and third-party IPA files are outside CertDrop’s control.

CertDrop cannot guarantee that every third-party app, signing tool, iOS version, or future platform behavior will work with every certificate file.

7. Service availability

CertDrop may pause checkout, delivery, support, or specific payment methods during maintenance, provider outages, fraud checks, abuse prevention, or certificate availability issues.

8. Limitation of responsibility

CertDrop’s responsibility is limited to the certificate delivery service purchased. CertDrop is not responsible for third-party app content, third-party tool behavior, device misuse, incorrect customer-submitted details, or activity outside the acceptable use policy.
